About the UMMAA
I would like to welcome you to the UMMAA. I am very proud of what we have done over the past 2.5 years. We have created the most comprehensive loan modification training programs in the nation. I have combined my education, loan experience and training experience to give you the best training experience possible.
The UMMAA is dedicated to helping families maintain their homes. We do this by keeping people up to date with the latest information available, including lender updates and changes. I created the only lender update list available along with the only loan modification forum in the nation. We are dedicated to helping you and your clients have the best opportunity of getting the modification they need.
I want to make it very clear, we are an INTEGRITY, MORALS and ETHICS based organization. We do not have any interest in people that are out to take advantage of homeowners and steal their money!!!
We want to help people and companies that want to make great money helping people in their communities save their homes. I only train people that truly want the best for their clients. All Training Sessions Are Held At The University Of Phoenix Campuses and Top Notch Hotels!
I have all of our training sessions at the University of Phoenix so we can keep the class size small. Coming from a teaching background, I know the best way to structure a class so that it will benefit you. I want you to get as much personal attention as possible when you come to my workshop. That is why we limit the class size to 30 people. We only accept the first 30 people that register for the training session. That gives you the opportunity to participate in the discussion and get the most out of the class.
